You give me some numbers about your body and your email address. I use them to work out your calorie and protein targets, email you the result, and send you a short follow-up series about putting it into practice. I may also email you about coaching.
I don't sell your data, I don't share it with advertisers, and there are no cookies and no advertising pixels anywhere on this page. You can have everything deleted by asking.
This is a UAE service. If you are visiting from the EEA or the UK the calculator will tell you so and refuse, and nothing you typed is kept.
Fit Mom Framework, LLC ("I", "me") is the data controller, the entity that decides what happens to the information you provide. It is a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, USA.
This service is offered only to residents of the United Arab Emirates. It is not directed at, marketed to, or available in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and submissions from those territories are refused automatically before any information is stored.

I do not ask for and do not want your address, phone number, payment details, or any medical information beyond the pregnancy question described above.
Your consent, for everything on this page. You give it by ticking the box when you ask for your protocol, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing me. Withdrawing it stops future emails; it does not undo emails already sent.
Your calculator inputs are information about your body, and I treat them carefully for that reason. The pregnancy answer is health data in the strict legal sense, "special category" data, which is why it is used only to decide whether to show you a target, and is then thrown away rather than stored. It is deliberately excluded from the record I keep.
I use these services to run the calculator. They act on my instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Your data is processed in the United States. Fit Mom Framework, LLC is a Delaware company and the services listed above are US-based, so information you send is stored and processed there rather than in the UAE.
I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with advertising networks.
No cookies, and nothing that follows you anywhere. This page sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and nothing that builds a profile of you or recognises you on another site. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.
The one exception, and I would rather name it than leave it for you to find: my host, Cloudflare, counts page views with a small script called Web Analytics. It records that a page was viewed, from roughly which country, and on what kind of device. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your machine, assigns you no identifier, and cannot follow you to any other site. It tells me how many people opened the calculator. It tells me nothing about who you are.
The only information recorded about how you got here is the tag on the link you clicked, for example that it came from a particular Instagram post. That tells me the post worked. It does not identify you and it is not linked to you until you choose to give me your email.
12 months is a real deadline, not a formula. Put a recurring reminder in your calendar to actually do the deletion, a stated retention period you do not honour is worse than a longer one you do.

These are offered as a matter of practice, not because a particular regulator requires them of me. If you think I have handled your information badly, tell me and I will fix it.
This calculator is for adults. It will not accept an age under 18 and I do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s. As a US business I am also subject to COPPA, which is the other reason the age floor is enforced rather than assumed. If you believe a child has given me their details, email me and I will delete them.
The calculator gives general nutrition guidance based on estimates you provide. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it cannot account for a health condition it does not know about. Talk to your GP or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you eat, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating disorder or a history of one, or are being treated for any condition.
If I change how any of this works I will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, I will tell you by email.
